My name is Ellie and I am a psychotherapist offering long and short term counselling and psychotherapy to individuals, couples and groups.
I offer online and in-person sessions from my home, with the option to walk and talk in the beautiful setting of Thursley Nature Reserve in Surrey. Easily accessible from Guildford, Godalming, Haslemere and Farnham.
I specialise in adults and young people aged 16+.
I believe that immersing ourselves in the tranquillity of nature supports us to connect with ourselves and others, allowing us the space to heal.
I also run a weekly in person Women’s Counselling and Support Group in Milford, Surrey.
Stuck in a rut? Overwhelmed? Anxious?
If you feel stressed, anxious, depressed or have low self esteem, I can help you. I work with those who are facing difficulties in relationships, complicated family dynamics and bereavement.
Having worked with teenagers and young adults for many years I am familiar with the pressures placed on them in today’s society and I believe therapy can be a vital space for them to explore their individual stories, build their resilience and confidence.
Gifting yourself an hour a week to focus on your mental wellbeing can support you to make positive change.
Therapy can help us to become aware of recurring patterns and behaviours that are no longer supporting us. Becoming aware of these gives us the opportunity to choose alternative paths. I believe therapy can help us to understand ourselves, why we are the way we are and help us to become who we want to be.
For me, the relationship between therapist and client is central to the success of therapy, which is why I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space for our sessions.
